TKyiv Academic University (KAU) and IFW Dresden/TU Dresden, within the bi-lateral collaboration funded by the UKRATOP Project, invites applications for scholarships available for young Ukrainian researchers (MSc students, PhD students, and PostDocs) to support joint research in field of topological states of matter. The UKRATOP Project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The applications should be submitted before May 14, 2018. The UKRATOP selection workshop scheduled on May 30, 2018 at KAU.
Alumni Network Ukraine-Germany is the project where Kyiv Academic University take part since spring of 2018. The network, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), was initiated by a consortium of 21 Ukrainian and German institutions from academia, politics, society and economy.
Prof. Alfonso Gautieri & Prof. Alberto Redaelli from Biomechanics Research Group, Politecnico di Milano will give a course on the atomistic modeling techniques including choosing interatomic potentials, visualization and analysis of data.
