The International Office is a part of the Innovation Center KAU. Its main task is to develop and coordinate international cooperation between the departments and research centers of KAU. The International Office also organizes the exchange of lecturers and researchers, internships for bachelors, masters and graduate students at leading European centers and universities. The mission of the Office is also to assist in conducting joint international schools and conferences, the organization of joint international innovation activities. In addition, the International Office assists teachers and staff of KAU in finding information about competitions and grants, as well as in the execution of international grant applications and project administration. The International Office also committed to maintaining relations with graduates of the KAU (KB MPhTI) and with the Ukrainian research diaspora in different countries.
On the basis of the Grant Agreement, "DIES-Partnership-Higher Education" between the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Julius Maximilian University (UMU) Wurzburg University, two Ukrainian universities - Kyiv Academic University (KAU) and Ivan Franko Lviv State University received the grant for the project implementation in 2019.

Network meeting with representatives of European countries and Study in Europe Fair Ukraine (Exhibitor Catalog)

The very first Study in Europe Fair Ukraine will take place on 2 March 2019 at the Mystetskyi Arsenal in Kyiv. An institutional networking reception will precede the fair in the afternoon of 1 March from 3 to 5 pm at the hotel in the center of Kyiv (TBC). The institutional networking strives to connect European higher education institutions with their Ukrainian counterparts and to enhance cooperation in the tertiary education sector by personal talks between representatives of the aforementioned institutions (more than 50 universities and National Promotion Agencies from 22 Erasmus+ Programme Countries will be represented).
The event takes place under the auspices of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, with the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, Mr. Hugues Mingarelli, opening the meeting. Vice Minister of Education, Prof. Yurii Rashkevych (TBC) will deliver the keynote address.

Projektantrag „Ukrainian German Technology Transfer university partnerships“

According to the letter from DAAD, we have to modify the project objective "Extension of study offers" - we can provide subject titles of actions and state that we try to put seminars into the general skill pool, ASQ pool or so that the students can get ECTS credits.
We have to complete integrative measures leading to a stronger link of the four project objectives, especially in relation to networks and university management. We provide a kind of exchange platform in a blended way so that all partners have possibilities for exchange in a kind of think tank.
